From the Laurelton murders in 1985 to Cyrus Renault in 2025, Pier 54 goes through every serial killer in General Hospital history: Ryan Chamberlain, Franco Baldwin, the Text Message Killer, the Angel of Mercy, the Hook, the masked killer at the Quartermaine mansion, the General Homicide killer from Port Charles, and vampires Caleb Morley and Joshua Temple. Plus why Cesar Faison did not make the list.

Trace Valentin Cassadine's full General Hospital history in Part 1 of this Pier 54 series, from Helena Cassadine's 2009 warning to Luke Spencer through his 2016 arrival on Cassadine Island as a stranger calling himself Theo. Covers Nikolas Cassadine's death, the custody battle over Charlotte Cassadine with Lulu Spencer, Valentin's marriage to Nina Reeves, his history with Anna Devane, and a new lead involving Sasha Gilmore.

This week's Fan Spotlight features Emily and Renee, a mother and daughter who have been watching General Hospital together for decades. Renee got started in the seventies when her grandmother introduced her to the show over after-school snacks, and that love eventually made its way to Emily too. Emily found Pier 54 while looking into starting a mother-daughter GH podcast of her own and has been listening ever since. Her submission sat in the inbox for nearly three years.
