They Have Kevin Collins' Book on the Shelf
General Hospital Recap: June 22-26, 2026

It was a week of farewells, frame-ups, and a reveal months in the making. Rocco finally said goodbye to Britt, Anna Devane made her first real move from her facility in France, and Willow found herself in the middle of a plan she never saw coming. Listen to this week's Pier 54 episode on Spotify or wherever you get your podcasts.
Lucy, Brook Lynn, and Michael
Monday, Lucy walked into the PCPD and gave Detective Joe Fitzpatrick a statement. She told him she had seen a black BMW near the scene of Jordan's accident and that Willow Cain was worth looking into. She also made sure Joe knew she was a high-end real estate agent who stays informed, that she had been married to Alan Quartermaine, and that the family had really embraced her as one of their own.
From there, she went straight to the Quartermaine mansion. She told Brook Lynn she had done her a favor and now expected to be paid for it. Brook Lynn pushed back that she had never agreed to any such arrangement. Lucy said she had founded Deception, wanted her dignity back, and was tired of Tracy holding more of her own company than she did. The price of keeping her statement was Brook Lynn's shares. They went back and forth on how many until Brook Lynn conceded about half.
Michael walked in as Lucy was leaving. Brook Lynn told him everything. He agreed Chase had blinders on where Willow was concerned, but pointed out that if the scheme fell apart, Brook Lynn would be the one who looked like she had manufactured a false accusation against a sitting congresswoman. Brook Lynn said she was not trying to get Willow arrested. She just needed Chase to see Willow clearly. She said Chase was the best thing that had happened to her and that she loved him. Michael said he understood, but she should not have to fight this hard.
Chase, Willow, and Joe
Around the same time Lucy was at the PCPD, Chase went to Willow's to tell her he was not taking the job of Chief of Staff. He was staying on the force.
Just before Chase arrived, Sidwell had shown up at Willow's home and announced he was staying. When she told him he needed to leave, he told her he had invested years in his project and was not about to let his partner collect all the benefits without him. He was not going anywhere.
Later, Joe came to the house to ask Willow about her whereabouts the night of Jordan's accident. Chase shut it down. Joe asked if he could use the restroom, then went directly to Drew's room instead. He asked Drew if Willow was on Route 91 that night. Drew blinked yes. When Willow and Chase walked in and found Joe there, he said he had gotten turned around. He introduced himself to Drew and left the room. Willow told Joe that any further questions needed to be submitted to her office in writing.
After Joe was gone, Sidwell stepped out and asked Drew what he had just told the detective. Drew did not reply.
Chase went back to the Quartermaine mansion to talk to Tracy. He apologized for letting things get out of hand and said he wanted to repair things between them. She told him she knew he was not cheating, but that Willow was pulling his focus away from Brook Lynn and Phoebe. She asked if he had given Willow this much attention when she was married to Michael. He told her he had turned down the job offer. She apologized for telling him to pack his bags. They agreed to try.
Chase joined Brook Lynn and Phoebe at the pool after that.
After talking to Turner about his encounter with Drew, and after Chase had already told Willow she did not have to answer his questions, Joe got a warrant for her GPS data. He came to the Metro Court pool to serve it. Willow told him she had no idea why he was there because she had never been near that road. When she noticed someone nearby recording the interaction, she agreed to go to the station.
Turner told Willow at the PCPD that both Lucy and Drew had provided information against her. Willow pointed out that Lucy Coe was not a reliable source. Nina arrived to help. Chase told Willow they could leave since she had not been read her rights. Turner stopped them on the way out with the GPS results in hand. The results placed her car in the vicinity of the accident.
Rocco and Britt in Tortola
Dante and Lulu flew to Tortola after Cassius told them on Monday where to find Rocco and Britt. When they got there, Rocco refused to leave. He told his parents that Britt was sick, that she had been protecting him, and that he was not going to walk out on her.
Britt eventually convinced him to go. She told him Cullum was still after her over an unfinished project and that staying with her put him in more danger. She needed him to leave.
Before he went, Rocco made Britt promise to keep taking her medication and keep changing locations. She gave him a jar of bubbles as a goodbye gift, something connected to when he was a baby.
After Rocco left with Dante and Lulu, police officers came through the door and arrested Britt for kidnapping. She had been about to inject herself with what she believed was her medication. What she did not know was that Cullum had already swapped the vials for poison earlier in the week. The arrest stopped her before she used it.
Dante, Lulu, and the Road Home
Before Dante left Port Charles, he stopped at GH on Tuesday to tell Liz what was happening. He said he hoped to repay her someday. He also said it was going to be hard spending this much close time with Lulu, that he was still angry she had not come to him first. He told Liz that if anyone from the PCPD came asking questions, she should take Ric with her.
Lulu's first stop had been Laura's. She dropped Charlotte off and, in the living room, told her mother everything: Rocco had shot Cullum, Jason had taken the blame to protect him, and she and Dante were going into hiding until Cullum was no longer a threat. Lulu thought Charlotte was upstairs. She was not. Charlotte heard all of it, including the part about Rocco.
Charlotte came downstairs, gave Lulu her necklace, and told her to stay safe. They embraced before Lulu left for the airport. Charlotte then told Danny what she had overheard about Rocco shooting Cullum and Jason choosing to take the blame to protect him. Danny said he was going to help his dad and go tell the WSB the truth. Charlotte said that would put a target on Rocco's back, and she would never be able to forgive him or look at him the same way.
Danny tried to go to the WSB anyway. They refused to talk to him because he was a minor, so he tried to get in by climbing the walls. He was arrested and brought to the PCPD. Alexis got him released, making clear she was prepared to make public the fact that a federal agency had detained a minor for asking questions about his father. Cassius chose not to press things further, and Alexis took that as her argument working. The reason Cassius let it go had nothing to do with Alexis.
Charlotte, Danny, and the Crimson Floor
On Wednesday, Charlotte went to Crimson to talk to Nina. It turned into an argument. Charlotte told Nina she felt like Nina had chosen to protect Willow over the people she actually claimed to love, including her and Valentin. Nina tried to explain herself. Charlotte was not having it.
Nina got called to the PCPD and left. Danny arrived on the Crimson floor shortly after. Charlotte told him he had done exactly what she was afraid he would do by going to the WSB. He said he had needed to try.
As Danny was heading out, a man got off the elevator. Danny noticed a gun under the man's jacket and got on the elevator anyway. A minute later, WSB Agent Mark McKay told Charlotte she was coming with him. When she resisted, he went for something to knock her out. Danny came back and stopped him. The two of them ran.
Anna, Felicia, and What She Knows
Anna was back on screen on Wednesday, meeting with her doctor at the clinic in France. She came across as composed and making progress. After the session, she was allowed to call Felicia and ask her to come visit.
Felicia arrived with Mac and Emma. Anna got time alone with Emma and explained that she had kept Robin away on purpose, not wanting her pulled back into things again.
In private, Anna told Felicia that Nathan West is not who he says he is.
On Friday, Cassius received information from Laura and Jordan about a possible Sidwell hideout. He listened, told them not to share it with anyone else, then made a call that appeared to go to Cullum to pass the information along.
Trina, Curtis, and Portia
Monday, Trina told Curtis and Portia she loved them, and she wanted distance. She said having her life revolving around their conflict had been doing damage. She was not asking them to fix anything for her sake. She was asking them to stop putting her in the middle.
Portia asked whether she could at least call when the baby came. Trina said yes. She said she did not want to see them before that.
After she left, Curtis asked Portia if they were going to do better with this baby. She said they had to.
Cassius and Josslyn at Wyndemere
Josslyn spent much of the week at Wyndemere. On Thursday, she and Cassius got into it directly. She told him it did not matter if they escaped if Cullum succeeded, that he already suspected them both. She asked Cassius to get her a gun. He said he did not trust her enough.
Cassius said he could handle Cullum. By Friday, handling Cullum meant feeding him exactly what he needed.
Ava and Ethan with Sonny
Sonny brought Ava and Ethan in this week and pressed Ava on what she knew about Sidwell's whereabouts. She told him that as far as she knew, his only Port Charles holdings were the piers and Spoon Island, and that she had not been in contact with him. She said Sidwell must still be around because of Marco, because he needed to find out who really killed him.
Ethan vouched for her account. Afterward, Sonny questioned Ethan about why he had been so quick to run interference for Ava. Ethan said he had initially misread the situation.
Carly and Lucas
Carly and Lucas reconnected on Wednesday. She told him the one person who had shown up for her was Valentin. Lucas worked it out a couple of sentences after she said the name. He processed it and asked what the plan was and why Joss was involved. She also told him Josslyn was a WSB agent.
Carly wanted to get into Wyndemere to get Josslyn out. Lucas tried to slow her down. He said Valentin still needed time to follow through on what he had said he would do, and they should wait until the next day before making any moves.
Quick Notes
The GH props department slipped Kevin Collins' book General Homicide onto Laura's bookshelf this week. It is sitting right there between Star Trek Federation and Pinpoint by Greg Milner.
At the Jerome Gallery this week, a new installation was unveiled dedicated to one of the show's directors, Didy, with all the pieces being portraits of her painted by an artist the show credits as Brent Vaughn Masters. You can watch the reveal here on Instagram
Port Charles Pipeline
Cheri wrote in to untangle the Ethan DNA situation, which had both hosts working through what exactly he swapped and what was in the evidence box to begin with. The mechanics of cold case evidence, paternity, and cord blood had both hosts spinning by the end of the conversation. No clean answer landed, and the hosts acknowledged they may have made it more complicated than the show intended. We will revisit it once more is on screen.
A listener from Washington State wrote in about the age difference conversation on the pod. The hosts have talked about the gap between Nathan and Joss but had not spent as much time on the 26-year difference between Willow and Drew. The listener pointed out the added layer of the family connection on top of the age gap. Shannon and Amanda noted they tend to bundle the relationship layer and the age gap together when those two things come up at once, but the point was fair.
Leslie from the other side of Pennsylvania wrote in with some strong feelings about any suggestion that Kristina has shown real growth over the years. She made the case that cutting the brakes and participating in locking up Ric in the basement were not things that just get set aside. Both hosts took the points seriously, though they each landed in a slightly different place on which incident was the harder one to account for.
Tammy from Camp sent a picture from outside Wyndemere, plus s'mores and what appears to be a French bulldog in an Uncle Sam hat. She also weighed in on the Curtis and Valentin question, with her read being that Cassius is fully comfortable in Nathan's life at this point. A comment came in on Spotify asking why Curtis has never mentioned seeing Valentin at the accident scene. The hosts think Curtis absolutely remembers and is not saying so.

Reality Check
Shannon had a midweek trip to Columbus with Amanda and her daughter to see Jonathan Jackson and Clare Bowen's Songs and Stories show. It was the same event they had seen last year, but different enough that it did not feel like a repeat. When Clare mentioned her adult autism diagnosis, Shannon's daughter heard it for the first time and reacted in such a sweet, positive way. Someone in the audience asked Jonathan to play Unchained Melody, which he does not usually do sitting down with a guitar. He tried it. Shannon cried, and if you listen to the video she recorded, you can hear the sniffles. When they met him after the show, he told Shannon she looked familiar. They also announced they had just wrapped a movie together, which means a future 411 is already writing itself.
Amanda introduced Shannon and her daughter to Donato's pizza on the trip and the only regret was not bringing a second one home for the next day. Ryan held things down while Amanda was away. Madeline was at Bible camp all week and is already planning to come back as a counselor in training next summer.
This Thursday on the Port Charles 411
Thursday's episode is a fan spotlight, which is always one of the best kinds of episodes to drop into the feed.
Then, come July the hosts are turning their attention to Valentin Cassadine, who has been at the center of so much this year and made a major exit from Port Charles that still has plenty of ripple effects to get into. The timing is right.
