Elizabeth Webber has three sons, and between them they have been played by more than a dozen different actors. Cameron, Jake, and Aiden Webber have all been through name changes, recasts, kidnappings, comas, and multiple near death experiences, and according to fan researcher Cheri's breakdown of General Hospital's SORAS history, none of them have aged anywhere near as fast as the show could have pushed them.
Cameron Steven Webber was born offscreen in May 2004 while Elizabeth was out of town, and he grew up thinking Lucky Spencer was his father before learning his biological dad was Zander Smith. He set a house on fire playing with matches in 2008, lost his little brother Jake to a presumed death in 2011, and eventually became a teenager played by William Lipton, who took the role from a one month run by Cade McWatt in 2018. Lipton's Cameron dated Josslyn Jacks, survived Esme Prince leaking a private video of the two of them, and left for Stanford in 2023. He came back briefly at the end of 2024 with a college girlfriend nobody had heard of before. He is supposed to be 24 now, which means the show has only aged him two years total since birth.
Jake's story gets darker. Born in 2007 while Elizabeth was in a coma, his name carries Jason Morgan's initials as a secret nobody was supposed to catch. He survived a carnival accident in 2009, then got hit by his own grandfather Luke Spencer's car in 2011, was declared brain dead, and had his kidneys donated to save baby Josslyn's life. Everyone thought he was gone until 2015, when it turned out Helena Cassadine had been hiding him the entire time. What came after that reunion involved a fake stalker, a second hit and run, and a trip to a specialty hospital in Philadelphia. Hudson West has held the role since 2016 and most recently sent Jake off to art school in Barcelona, with a summer European tour alongside Lucky and Aiden in 2025.
Aiden's origin is its own soap opera. Born in 2010, he was kidnapped from the hospital nursery within a day of birth by Franco, and Helena Cassadine spent his early life manipulating a paternity test to make everyone believe Nikolas was his father instead of Lucky. He grew up bullied by his cousin Charlotte, became known as a baker, and the show explored his path as a young gay man. He left town with Lucky in the summer of 2025 and was supposed to come back for his senior year of high school. Nobody has seen him since.
