From the Laurelton murders in 1985 to Cyrus Renault in 2025, Pier 54 goes through every serial killer in General Hospital history: Ryan Chamberlain, Franco Baldwin, the Text Message Killer, the Angel of Mercy, the Hook, the masked killer at the Quartermaine mansion, the General Homicide killer from Port Charles, and vampires Caleb Morley and Joshua Temple. Plus why Cesar Faison did not make the list.

César Faison's 2012–2013 return to General Hospital was his most personal and elaborate scheme yet — not a diamond heist or a political conspiracy, but a sustained act of identity theft driven entirely by obsession. Wearing the face of Duke Lavery and the trust of Anna Devane, Faison came closer than ever to getting exactly what he wanted. Meanwhile, Robin Scorpio Drake wasn't dead. She was just waiting to come home.
