From the Laurelton murders in 1985 to Cyrus Renault in 2025, Pier 54 goes through every serial killer in General Hospital history: Ryan Chamberlain, Franco Baldwin, the Text Message Killer, the Angel of Mercy, the Hook, the masked killer at the Quartermaine mansion, the General Homicide killer from Port Charles, and vampires Caleb Morley and Joshua Temple. Plus why Cesar Faison did not make the list.

This week in Port Charles felt heavy and relentless, with the trial dominating the canvas and exposing far more than simple guilt or innocence. Testimony revealed character, pressure, and consequences, from Dante’s struggle between duty and family to Elizabeth’s carefully measured honesty. Drew’s unraveling, Michael’s quiet emotional beat, and the deliberate nature of the reveal shifted everything, while side stories added unease, history, and unexpected depth across town.
